If you
feel deeply,
care deeply,
and want your
mind to feel like a
 supportive place

to live

this is a 1:1 space to soften the inner noise & trust yourself again.

maybe this is you...

you feel things deeply, and life can get loud inside your head

you care about impact, but overthinking keeps you stuck

you've achieved a lot, but something still feels off

you carry a lot for others and have never been good at asking for help

you have a rich inner world that doesn't fully fit into your current life

you believe in dreams and possibility, but a voice inside says
"don't get your hopes up"

you're exhausted by how long it takes you to decide things

you’re tired of external advice. you just want to hear your own truth

Brown Textured Surface

What this often looks like

You look calm and collected on the outside. In fact, you're probably very good at being "fine." So good that no one can really tell when something is wrong.

And maybe that's part of why you feel so alone.
Even in a room full of people, even with people who love you, there’s a part of you they don’t see. A part you’re not sure anyone would know what to do with.

Your mind doesn’t really know how to rest.
Thoughts keep running. Circling decisions. Replaying conversations.
Keeping tabs on everything that matters.

On everyone else’s feelings too, because you absorb them like they’re your own.

You feel deeply. But at some point, you may have decided it was easier to feel less.

So you built a few walls to protect yourself.

It helped. For a while.

But it also kept parts of you tucked away.
The sensitive parts.
The creative parts.
The ones that didn’t feel “realistic” enough to lead.

And because you care deeply, it’s still hard to fully switch off, even when things are technically “fine.” There’s a voice that says:
"You have so much, so why does it still feel like something’s missing?"

You know you’re tired. You feel the weight. But putting it down doesn’t feel like an option.

I’ve been there.
Right where you’re standing.

For a long time, I moved through life in a similar way.

I was very good at understanding myself in my head, but much less able to actually feel what was happening inside me in real time. I could explain everything clearly, reflect deeply, and still feel disconnected from my own inner experience.

I didn’t realise how much of my life was being shaped by overthinking until I started slowing down enough to notice it. Not to fix it, but to actually listen differently.

And that changed more than I expected. Not in a dramatic, overnight way, but in how I moved through everyday life. The way I made decisions. The way I related to myself. The way I showed up with myself and with others.

That’s what led me to this work.

I work with people who are deeply self-aware, sensitive, and creative, but who often find themselves shrinking parts of who they are just to get through life.

I know what it feels like to stay functional by staying in your head. Over-explaining what you feel, second-guessing yourself, and trying to make sense of everything internally before you feel safe enough to act or speak.

What often gets buried in that process are the more alive parts: intuition, emotional clarity, creativity, desire, and your own inner sense of what feels true, even when the mind is still loud.

My work is about rebuilding a relationship with yourself where your own sense of what feels true becomes easier to access and trust again. Not because the noise disappears, but because it no longer leads. You start to recognize what is fear, what is habit, and what is actually your inner wisdom.

Over time, this creates more self-trust. Not as an idea, but as something you can actually feel in how you move through decisions, relationships, and your life.

I hold a grounded, steady space where things can slow down enough for that clarity to emerge naturally.

If you’re here, you may already be closer to that shift than you think.

Brown Textured Surface

So what is The Gentle Shift?

The Gentle Shift is a 1:1 coaching journey designed to support the slow, real building of self-trust.

Not the kind that lives only in your head, but the kind you can feel in your body.

The kind that helps you navigate life with more presence, clarity, and steadiness, without shrinking or performing or pretending to be someone you're not.

It's a space where you slow down enough to hear yourself again.

To listen inward more honestly.

To make sense of what you feel, without rushing to fix it.

Together, we focus on learning how to choose from your values instead of your fear.

So your outer life can start reflecting who you actually are.

So you can move forward with less noise, less self-pressure, and more of the steadier confidence that comes from trusting yourself.

This journey is designed so that you don't hold everything alone. There's a gentle rhythm of check-ins and support alongside you, in whatever form feels right, because asking for help might not come easily to you yet, and that's okay. We'll find a way that fits.

It's structured, but not rigid.
Deep, but not heavy.
Supportive, without making you dependent.

This isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about meeting yourself more

honestly.

And when you do, you may notice things like:
Untitled design (3) copy 4_edited_edited

the noise softens enough to hear what you actually feel

Untitled design (3) copy 4_edited_edited

you become more attuned to your emotions, without being overwhelmed by them

Untitled design (3) copy 4_edited_edited

you catch the overthinking loop sooner, and interrupt it with more ease

Untitled design (3) copy 4_edited.png

decisions stop feeling heavy and begin to feel clearer

Untitled design (3) copy 4_edited.png

you take real steps forward instead of staying stuck in "thinking about it"

Untitled design (3) copy 4_edited.png

you recover faster when you get triggered, instead of spiraling for days

Untitled design (3) copy 3_edited.png

you give yourself permission to create, express, and share (even if it's just for you)

Untitled design (3) copy 5_edited.png

you remember you can come back to yourself, again and again, even on messy days

Untitled design (3) copy 5_edited.png

you feel more like you again, not just a functioning version of you

And for some people, this is how it has felt in their own words:

“I was at a stage where I felt extremely overwhelmed. Motherhood and life had forced me to put myself in a small box… and Shahd helped me find myself again.”

“I feel lighter, happier, supported and more grounded.”

“It was like a clear mirror for me, reflecting insights and perspectives I needed to see.”

“You pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me see more clearly what I want to do and who I want to be.”

“I felt fully supported, with a safe and comfortable space that allowed me to express myself freely.”

nothing here is magic (ok maybe it is... a little)

but mostly, it's what can happen when you have the right space, the right questions, and a willingness to meet yourself honestly.

What's included

The Gentle Shift is a 12-week 1:1 coaching journey.

We meet weekly for 60 minutes.

Along the way, you'll receive:

  • a clear but gentle structure that helps you follow through between sessions

  • personalized notes and prompts, based on what's actually coming up for you

  • reflective and creative practices (only when and if they fit you)

  • a simple touchpoint between calls, in whatever format feels easiest, so you're not holding everything alone even between sessions

  • a closing session to ground what's shifted, so you leave with something you can actually carry forward

How I show up:

I'm gentle, and I'm honest.
I won't pressure you, but I’ll help you see what’s actually happening beneath the overthinking so you can respond differently.

Softening the noise

We ease the internal pressure so you can hear yourself again. This is where the overthinking softens, and things feel less tangled inside.

Untitled design (3) copy 4_edited_edited

Meeting yourself honestly

Here we meet the patterns that keep showing up. We practice responding to those voices differently, so they don't influence your choices without you fully realizing it

Untitled design (3) copy 4_edited_edited

Moving from truth

Then we bring it into real life. Purpose. Direction. Relationships. How you show up when it matters. We focus on integration, so what shifts here doesn't disappear when old patterns get activated.

If this feels like it's where you're ready to go, I'd love to walk with you.

How we spend our time together

There isn't a rigid curriculum to follow. We work with what's real in the moment, while still holding a clear direction so you don't feel lost or scattered.

The work often touches on a few core areas:

Brown Textured Surface

If you're thinking ok, but what does a session actually look like?

It's not vague talking. And it's not rigid homework either.

I'll reflect things back clearly, ask the questions that cut through the noise, and help you find the next step.

We'll use tools that fit you. You'll always get a say in what we use, because the most helpful tools are the ones you'll actually return to. The ones that help you access what you already know.

A lot of what we do is simply: clarifying who you are under the noise, so your life can reflect that more honestly.

And when something unexpected shows up in a session, we work with it. That responsiveness is part of the point.

Textured Paper Background

Is this the right season for you?

This space isn't designed for:

  • quick fixes or copy-paste formulas

  • pressure, urgency, or harsh accountability

  • outsourcing your decisions to someone else

If you’re not in a season for a longer container, there is also an option for a single 1:1 session for clarity and reflection.

And if I feel that therapy or a different kind of support would serve you better, I’ll always tell you honestly.

Your investment

I know this is a real investment. I want you to feel clear about what it holds.

The Gentle Shift (12 weeks, 1:1)

Investment: $2,222 USD

Payment options:

1) Pay in full: $2,222

2) Payment plan: 3 payments of $741, $741, and $740 (bank transfer)

Everything we covered is included. Weekly sessions. Between-session support. Personalized practices that actually fit you. And a closing session to ground what's shifted, so you leave with something you can carry forward.

If this feels aligned, I'd love to hear from you

Brown Textured Surface

If you’re wondering about the details

Is this therapy? What’s the difference?
This is one of the most common questions I receive.

This is coaching, not therapy. Coaching is a supportive space to explore patterns, build self-trust, and work through decisions in a way that feels true for you. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and I don’t offer crisis support.

If you’re not sure whether coaching or therapy is the right fit, let me know and we can talk it through honestly.

What if I’m not used to getting support?

That’s okay. I wasn't comfortable asking for support either. It's normal to feel awkward at first or overthink what you “should” say, but we'll hold space for that. Session after session it gets easier and more comfortable. There's really no "right" way to start, we’ll start with what’s real.

What if I don’t know exactly what I need?

You don’t have to. You can come in with “I just know something feels off” or "my mind is loud" and we’ll find the real thread together.

Do you offer 1:1 sessions or only the 12-week program?
Yes, I also offer single 1:1 sessions for clarity, reflection, and support if you feel like you don’t need a longer container.
The Gentle Shift is a deeper 12-week container designed for sustained change and building self-trust.

What if I feel like I’m not doing the work “right”?

There isn’t a right way to do this work. Some weeks feel clear. Some feel messy. Both are part of the process. We work with what’s real each session.

What happens between sessions?

You’ll have a simple check-in rhythm between sessions, in whatever format feels easiest, plus tools to return to when your mind gets loud.

Do I have to do creative practices?

I do believe in the power of reconnecting to ourselves through creative expression, so they’re available IF they help you, but you always get a say in what we use. I’ll suggest options, and we’ll go with what actually works for you.

How does scheduling work?
We’ll agree on a weekly time that works for both of us. We'll keep the same slot each week because it helps the container feel steady.

What if I need to reschedule?
Just let me know at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll reschedule. If something urgent happens, tell me as soon as you can and we’ll handle it case by case.

Can I pause if something major comes up?

Yes. If you need to pause, we can do that once for up to two weeks. We’ll plan it with a little notice so it feels smooth and supportive.

Is this online or in person?
Online. Sessions are video calls on Google Meet.

Are sessions in English or Arabic?
Whatever feels most natural for you. We can do English or Arabic, or switch between both.

Is this for both men and women?
Yes. I work with both.

What’s the investment and how do payments work?
The full investment is $2,222.
You can either pay in full or choose a payment plan:
3 payments of approximately $740. Payments are via bank transfer.

What’s your refund policy?
Because I reserve time and space for you once you’re in, payments are non-refundable.

If something feels off once we begin, you can let me know openly. We’ll talk it through and find the next step.

How do I know if it’s worth the investment?
A fair question. The best way to know is whether the problem this solves is costing you something real already: mental energy, sleep, confidence, decision fatigue, staying stuck, or constantly second-guessing yourself.

If you're considering this, I'd rather you choose from a clear yes, not from pressure. When you apply, the form helps us both decide whether this is the right fit.

What results can I realistically expect?
I can’t promise a specific outcome, because you’re a human and this work unfolds within the realities of your life.
What I can tell you is what people commonly experience: feeling lighter and more calm inside, more present in their day-to-day life, a deeper sense of self-trust and self-respect, decisions that feel steadier and less conflicted, and an increased ability to move forward without constant inner noise and resistance.

What happens after I click “Apply for The Gentle Shift”?
You’ll fill out a short form. I’ll read it carefully and reply.
If it’s a clear fit, we’ll confirm the payment option and choose a start date.
If it’s not a fit, I’ll tell you openly and explain why.

Sometimes a form doesn’t give the full picture. In that case, I may suggest a short

10-minute fit check call before we move forward.

Will I still have access to what you share after the program?
Absolutely. You’ll receive personalized resources as we go, and at the end I’ll share a folder with everything we used so everything stays in one place for you.

now before you decide anything,

there’s one small note I want to share with you

DSC04293.jpg

If you’re here, reading this far, I want to pause for a moment.
I know choosing support isn’t always simple.
Especially when you care deeply, think deeply, and want to make choices that feel right, not rushed.

From my own experience, the decisions that mattered most to me weren’t the ones I thought through endlessly.
They were the ones where something in me recognized the space,

or the person, and something in me simply said yes.
Not because everything made perfect sense,
but because it felt right in my body, and I trusted that.

So before you decide anything, I invite you to slow down for a moment. Take a few gentle breaths.
Notice what happens when you imagine stepping into this space.

You don’t have to feel ready.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.

There’s no pressure to decide right now.
Just notice what feels true for you.

And if this feels like the kind of

space your body can relax into,

I’d be honored to walk with you.
